ppbEFI Reggiani Macchine Spa /b is looking for an bAccountant /b to support the Finance department in our plant in Comun Recente (Bergamo) on a temporary basis (maternity leave). /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liBook Italian and cross-border vendors’ invoices in compliance with local accounting/VAT regulations and internal policies; /li liManage AP master data; /li liPotentially handle other general ledger postings and reconciliations; /li liManage monthly prepaid and accrued expenses (deferrals and accruals recognition); /li liAssist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities (accruals/deferrals, etc. – AP side); /li liSupport the preparation of the monthly VAT return and related reporting; /li liPrepare data for the monthly VAT communication (LIPE) prior to submission to the tax consultant; /li liManage monthly “Esterometro” reporting (cross-border transactions reporting); /li liHandle monthly Intrastat declarations; /li liManage Travel Expense (TE)
reports; /li liManage Enasarco requirements; /li liSupport fixed assets accounting (capital expenditures, depreciation, etc.); /li liPerform balance sheet reconciliations; /li liSupport the preparation of the annual VAT return prior to submission to the tax consultant; /li liRespond to ad hoc requests from management. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liHigh school diploma in accounting; /li liProven experience (at least 2 years) within a manufacturing environment; /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; /li liOrganized, accurate, and results-oriented; /li liAbility to handle multiple tasks concurrently; /li liIntermediate written and verbal communication skills in English; /li liSAP FICO experience is highly desirable. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
