Your Tasks - What You can expect as title?
- Manage customer inquiries and orders from order entry through invoicing.
- Coordinate product deliveries, returns, and consignment stock transactions.
- Manage invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and payment reminders.
- Process credit notes, bonuses, and maintain sales statistics and reports.
- Conduct basic market and customer data analysis.
- Support claims handling and coordinate resolutions with Sales and Technical teams.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and Technology Managers.
- Ensure timely and professional customer communication.
- Prepare price calculations, quotations, and pricing updates for assigned customers.
- Manage returnable packaging and containers.
- Organize customer meetings, internal meetings, and events as required.
- Participate in and support business improvement and project-related activities.
- Follow established procedures and operating guidelines to ensure efficient service delivery.





The Account Manager Sales IV provides administrative and operational sales support to assigned customer groups, ensuring efficient order management, invoicing, customer communication, and coordination of commercial activities. The role acts as a key interface between customers and internal functions, supporting Sales and Technical Managers in delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and process orders from receipt through invoicing.
- Coordinate deliveries, returns, consignment stock orders, and related billing activities.
- Monitor receivables and support collection activities, including payment reminders.
- Process credit notes, premio agreements, and maintain sales statistics and reports.
- Conduct basic market and customer analyses to support commercial activities.
- Manage simple customer claims and coordinate resolutions with Sales and Technical teams.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to Sales and Technology
