For our own projects, we are looking for: Commissioning EngineerLocation:Smart WorkingMilan OfficeVenezia SiteStart Date: September 2026Contract Duration: 6 months, extendableWorking Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/weekDutiesPerform technical activities related to the preparation and execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-Up and Test Run activities.Interface with engineering disciplines, licensors, vendors and subcontractors throughout commissioning activities.Provide engineering and technical support during project execution and commissioning phases.Ensure activities under own responsibility are performed in full compliance with HSE requirements.Support Pre Start-Up Safety Review (PSSR) and HSE meetings.Perform safety and quality observations in the field and report findings.Support the preparation of project progress reports.Support the execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up activities and identify solutions to technical issues encountered during operations.Provide technical assistance to ensure a smooth transition from the commissioning team to operations, including punch lists,



marked-up engineering documentation and energized/commissioned systems.Review and comment on operating manuals and procedures.Red-mark and maintain updated engineering documentation throughout commissioning activities.Review HSE plans/procedures, test-run procedures and operating manuals.Support the preparation and review of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up plans/procedures, including operating instructions and System Dossiers.Participate in design reviews, including HAZOP, 3D Model and Commissionability Review meetings.Review commissioning spare parts and consumables lists.Prepare Purchase Requisitions and Technical Evaluations within the assigned area of responsibility.RequirementsRelevant technical/engineering educational background.5 years experience in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up activities within industrial projects.Experience working and coordinating with engineering disciplines, vendors, licensors and subcontractors.Familiarity with commissioning documentation, procedures, System Dossiers, punch lists and project handover activities.Knowledge of HSE requirements and commissioning-related safety activities.Experience participating in technical/design reviews such as HAZOP and Commissionability Reviews.Profile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit, qualifications, and potential.
