Our eight brands are each a major force in its specific business. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a Quality Key Account Engineer to join our team in Turin. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the interface for quality customer assigned Escalate and report to the management about main open points and roadblock Supervise the Quality Annexes of the Supply Agreement with the Customer Collaborate with Warranty Team to recognize warranty costs to the customer from a technical point of view Identify the best practices to be customized on FPT and across the product Analyze the product to find new improvements Contribute to the budget creation and manage the budget allocated Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or equivalent). Good interpersonal skills Proactive and able to act independently and make decisions to solve issues Passion for Powertrain Business or Quality Business Language skills: Business fluent Italian and English skills, spoken and written.
