**Key Responsibilities**: - Assess risks, coverages, terms, and conditions for potential insurance placements and translate findings into competitive insurance offers.
- Collaborate with clients and brokers to identify and develop tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
- Utilize an entrepreneurial mindset to foster strong relationships within the industry and drive innovative underwriting strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to renewable energy solutions and construction insurance.
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance underwriting skills and industry knowledge.
- Contribute to reporting and administration of underwriting activities as necessary. **Knowledge & Experience**: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in renewable energy, civil, mechanical, or construction).
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an underwriter, broker,



or in a relevant equivalent role within the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of the insurance market and underwriting principles, particularly in the areas of CAR, EAR, Power Generation, and Builders’ Risk.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, matrixed organization; proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of new technologies related to renewable energy solutions is highly desirable.
