- Business Bachelor or equivalent
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing
- Experience in managing the specialist channel is a must (baby stores, pharmacies)
- Previous experience in consumer health industry with regular interactions with Medical Representatives
- Fluent in Italian & English **Position Summary** Analyse opportunities and develop strategies in specialist channels: baby stores, pharmacies, wholesalers. Identify initiatives to drive business growth, optimizing effectiveness of consumer/shopper activities bringing passion and entrepreneurial approach aimed to achieve the objectives: Organic Growth, Market Share and Profitability.



**A Day in the Life of the Trade Marketing Specialist - Pharmacies, Baby Stores**
- Develop an effective channels strategy alligned to Business objective
- Create commercial plan per channels/customers
- Analyse sellout data and identify actions to achieve channels’s objectives
- Evaluate ROI for each promo activities
- Work in partnership with CDT corporate, Medical Team, Marketing and Sales Team **What will make you successful?**
