- 2-3 years of experience in the controlling or management control department of other companies;
- Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis/reporting tools;
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and precision;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and proactively;
- Knowledge of English is a plus. **What you will do**: - Support management control and performance monitoring activities;
- Analyze costs and revenues,
identifying variances and opportunities for improvement;
- Prepare regular reports to support strategic decisions by management;
- Collaborate with various departments to collect and process financial and economic data;
- Contribute to planning and forecasting activities;
- Optimize internal reporting and control processes.
