Who You Are: Our Stock Associates are reliable, empowered individuals, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You are highly organized and collaborative team player, with a positive attitude towards challenges, supporting the team to deliver an elevated customer experience. What You’ll Do: - Provide the highest level of customer service by ensuring all stock items is organized and easily accessible for sales associates
- Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor
- Perform operational tasks with excellence
- Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
- Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal performance results
- Perform all operational processes by utilizing all available tools and technology You’ll Need to Have: - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with inventory software
- Understanding of proper safety procedures in the stockroom
- Ability to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- English language We’d Love to See: - Relevant stock operations experience
