In this dynamic position, you will support the HRBPs. **Your responsibilities**: - Manage the whole internal communication process (organizational announcements, newsletter, Wellbeing and Diversity&Inclusion; initiatives) and organization of Engagement activities;
- Training & development initiatives as required, including roll-out of local induction;
- Define and manage training needs and related relationship with providers;
- Graduate recruitment process for all the functions;
- Work collaboratively with the team to contribute to implementing HR processes, ensuring that they are fit for purpose. **The experience we're looking for**: - Master’s Degree
- Analytical skills and knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent communication&interpersonal; skills; ability to build strong working relationships
- Proactive and confident, with a can do attitude
- Strongly oriented towards customer service, with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization **The skills for success**:
