As a Global Service Solutions Specialist you will act as the commercial architect of our service offerings. You will help define, develop, and optimize service solutions that support the entire charging ecosystem. You will ensure our proposals are competitive, our pricing is accurate, and our sales teams are equipped to win. In This Role, Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

Innovate the portfolio by gathering market intelligence and continuously improving service products and SLAs.




Expand service offerings beyond DC chargers for BESS, energy management, pantographs, and other supporting infrastructure.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to define service strategies, operational models, SLAs, and commercial packages for new and evolving charging site technologies.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to keep regional services aligned with customer expectations.
Provide strategic advice for the non-standard customer request and complex opportunities, enabling executive decision-making.
Equip sales teams with playbooks, pricing guidance, and winning proposal strategies.
Participate in customer meetings to explain service concepts and present value-driven solutions.

To make the above work, we are seeking a candidate with:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
3-5 years of experience in Service Product Management, Techni
