Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and accelerate new business growth across the Nordics region,
with a strategic focus on Professional Services Organizations (PSO) and Not-for-Profit (NfP) customers.
This is a high-impact leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape our market presence, drive commercial success, and build a high-performing sales organisation. You will define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, lead and develop a talented team, and personally drive complex enterprise opportunities with senior decision-makers.
As the commercial leader for PSO and NfP in the Nordics, you will combine deep market insight with strong leadership to drive sustainable growth, strengthen our competitive position, and deliver long-term customer value. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our Nordics business.
