As a Business Unit Controller – Grocery Ireland, you will play a key role in leading and developing Ferrero’s commercial relationships across our Grocery customers within the Irish market. About the Role:
As a Business Unit Controller – Grocery Ireland, you will play a key role in leading and developing Ferrero’s commercial relationships across our Grocery customers within the Irish market. You will be responsible for delivering sustainable sales and profitable growth, building strong customer partnerships and identifying opportunities to grow Ferrero’s brands and categories. Working closely with the Key Account Director and wider cross-functional teams, you will help shape and execute customer strategies, commercial plans and key business initiatives,

ensuring they are aligned with Ferrero’s wider UK&I; objectives while reflecting the specific opportunities and dynamics of the Irish Grocery market.

Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of strategic customer plans for your assigned Grocery customers, identifying growth opportunities across categories and translating these into clear commercial priorities and actions. You will take ownership of senior customer relationships and lead key commercial negotiations, including customer agreements, promotional plans, pricing and investment.
