Business Development Representative
to strengthen our Admissions Team.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and effectively communicate the value of our Master’s programmes.
Guide prospective students throughout the admissions process.
Work closely with your team to achieve monthly performance targets.
Play an active role in making a meaningful impact on people’s lives and career development.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in
B2C sales, education, recruitment, or consulting .
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
Proficiency in English ( B2 level or above ).
Strong motivation to develop professionally, achieve results, and make a meaningful contribution.
What We Offer
An initial
6-month employment contract (CCNL Aninsei) , with the possibility of renewal.
Fixed salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses.
Comprehensive onboarding, followed by the opportunity to work in a hybrid model after the first three months , including up to two days of remote work based on performance.
