About the role:
As a Service Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality media intelligence services to our Italian clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the local team for the daily creation and delivery of tailored press reviews and news digests, combining editorial judgement, accuracy, and responsiveness in a fast-moving news environment.
You will also work with AI-powered tools that support content production while relying on your own editorial judgement to validate, enrich,
and refine the final output. As part of an international organization, your English skills may enable you to collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries and contribute to cross-border initiatives.
You will Maintain strong coordination with your direct supervisor in France, overseeing the regional execution of global directives and strategic roadmaps.
Your responsibilities :

- Curate and generate press reviews based mainly on Italian language media.
- Group and categorize information according to predefined themes and topics.
- Filter and prioritize content in line with client specifications and scopes of work.
- Monitor deliverable dispatches and track client feedback.
- Provide production backup during staffing shortages; trigger and coordinate the emergency support team (force d’intervention).
