Every merchant that processes payments through Mollie passes through the CIV team first. As the PM for Customer Identification and Verification, you own the KYC layer of our onboarding journey,

the critical path that determines whether a merchant gets activated or drops off before they ever process a payment. That means KYC conversion rates and onboarding cost are yours metrics, and the line between your work and Mollie's revenue is direct. The timing makes this role particularly significant. With the GC acquisition underway, we're building compliant, locally adapted KYC flows for four new English-speaking markets: the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. This is a genuine greenfield opportunity. You'll shape how Mollie enters these markets from the ground up, with high visibility and real business impact from day one.
