Business Unit Overview
- The Acquisition Capabilities Team sits within the broader Card Acquisition organization and is responsible for enabling and optimizing American Express' digital banking card acquisition strategies.
- The team manages and enhances digital banking card acquisition platforms, including a Business Intelligence platform that supports the organization by ensuring data quality, robust data controls, and secure information flows across teams.
- Working closely with Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and external partners, the team plays a critical role in driving sustainable growth through data-driven and innovative digital solutions.
About Role
- Be exposed to testing activities and release processes, supporting system changes for the Digital Banking Acquisition channel
