Tropico Security, a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, is seeking a Founding Sales Lead to drive the entire sales cycle across Europe. You will own cold outreach through to signed contracts, shaping the GTM playbook with the founders and leading market conversations with CISOs, especially around infra and AI agent expansion.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years selling cybersecurity B2B, are fluent in Italian and English, based in Milan or willing to relocate, and thrive when there is no playbook
