- Win profitable national corporate travel accounts and build lasting client relationships from first contact to expansion
- Create and execute strategic sales plans and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline across the full sales cycle
- Develop polished client-facing materials (RFPs,
presentations, proposals) that are clear, compelling and on brand
- Negotiate contract terms, coordinate pricing, and adhere to approved commercial processes
- Maintain organized CRM records and ensure data accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client programs and support colleagues
- Represent professional English communication in both verbal and written form
- 2+ years of relevant experience in MICE industry
- Confident presenting to diverse audiences and adapting style to client needs
- Creative, solution-oriented approach to overcoming objections and identifying new opportunities
- Comfortable networking at trade fairs and industry events
