David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Membership Services Consultant in Milano, Italy. You will operate in a fast-paced outbound calling team, calling members who are leaving or who have missed payments to reduce attrition and retain membership.
Success in this role requires experience in high-volume outbound calls, a proactive approach, and a customer-service mindset, ideally with knowledge of the health & leisure industry.
