Core responsibilities you’ll face in the position:
- Lead the Strategy & Transformation Department in consolidating its role as a strategic company function, responsible for supporting the definition, development, and execution of business strategy and transversal transformation initiatives
- Partner with the local Board of Directors to identify strategic growth opportunities, proactively challenging assumptions and contributing to strategic decision-making, and supporting their translation into concrete initiatives and programs, while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders at local and central levels
- Monitor and assess the business model to ensure alignment with Company strategic objectives, proposing improvements and adjustments where needed
- Define, implement, and continuously improve the transformation and program management framework (PMO), ensuring effective governance, prioritization, and execution across initiatives
