Saipem is seeking a Civil and Structural Lead in Fano to guide a multi-disciplinary team on onshore/offshore projects. You will drive design, analyses, and documentation across foundations, steel and concrete works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with international standards.
The role requires 5–10 years of leadership experience in oil & gas plant engineering, solid English skills (B2), and the ability to manage external suppliers and internal teams while delivering on deadlines.
