This role sits within our Customer Support department. You’ll work on a mix of day-to-day operational needs and longer-term projects, with a focus on building the processes and systems that allow us to deliver great support efficiently and at scale.
A few examples of your responsibilities
Improve customer support operations through a range of projects—from bringing on new external providers to redesigning how support is organized and delivered.
Build and improve scalable support systems, including help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered solutions that help users get fast, accurate answers.
Work with Product and Engineering teams to identify recurring customer issues, turn support insights into product improvements, and ensure support keeps pace with new releases.
