We are looking for a candidate for the position of Quality Assurance Specialist

Your tasks

Manage operational support for customer and internal complaint handling, from case opening through monitoring corrective actions to closure
Collect and process quality data (complaints, scrap, non-conformities) and prepare periodic reports and KPIs
Daily interface (in English) with the headquarter and provide technical support for in-depth analysis related to non-conformities
Support continuous improvement of quality processes by identifying recurring trends in complaints and non-conformities
Support the definition and update of quality procedures and standards in line with the headquarter's guidelines

Your profile

Technical diploma with solid experience in the role or degree in Engineering (mechanical, management or related field)
2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Knowledge of the main quality techniques (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, SPC, MSA, process monitoring)
Fluent knowledge of Italian
Good knowledge of English
Good knowledge of Office for analysis and reporting
Analytical skills, problem solving and good communication
