The role works closely with management to deliver functional and technical expertise, contributing to the effective management of a portfolio of clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage payroll preparation and calculations accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and correct payment processingMaintain, monitor, and update complex employee and payroll data within SAP HRHandle and resolve issues related to Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll, escalated by Tier 1 or raised directly by client HR Business PartnersAdvise clients on the implementation and application of employment law, supporting them in resolving administrative, payroll, and legal mattersAct as a SAP HR key user for clients: gather change requests, prepare functional analyses, and support testing activitiesPrepare and generate reports using SAP HRInteract daily with clients and internal departments via phone and emailBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clientsStay up
