You will be responsible for hands‑on desktop support, OS configuration, and hardware troubleshooting across enterprise endpoints.
The role requires strong ITSM knowledge and experience with SCCM/ Ivanti / Intune for software deployments, plus excellent English communication. xysqume
You will work with remote tools and coordinate with facilities for non‑network devices.
