RINA is currently recruiting for a Direttore Lavori Opere civilito join its office in Rome, Genoa or Naples within theCivil EngineeringDivision.
Mission
The role is focuses on overseeing and managing construction activities to ensure they adhere to project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, envirnomental issues and are completed on time and within budget by coordinating and supervising the work of construction teams and subcontractors.
Key Accountabilities

- 1. Project Supervision: Supervise construction projects, ensuring that work aligns with approved designs, specifications, and relevant regulations.
- 2. Document Approval:
Approve and sign accountable documents vs Contractor to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- 3. Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to uphold the highest construction quality standards.
- 4. Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress. Identify and address delays or issues that may impact project timelines.
- 5. Resource Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the availability of necessary resources, materials, and equipment.
- 6. Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures and provide input on cost control measures to keep projects within budget.
- 7. Safety Compliance: Collaborate with the Construction Safety Engineer to ensure all work is performed in adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
- 8. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that may arise during construction.
