Domyn, a fast-growing AI security company based in Milan, is seeking an ambitious Legal Counsel to act as the key reference for corporate governance matters. You will advise leadership and the board on governance structures, compliance, and entity management while supporting the business on broader legal matters.
The ideal candidate has a law degree, Italian bar admission, 7+ years' experience in corporate governance, and fluency in English and Italian.
