About The Role
As a Sr. Manager of Component Delivery Management you will be the senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end governance of component delivery in a nuclear-qualified manufacturing environment. You will deal with planning, execution, documentation, and readiness while ensuring that schedule adherence never compromises nuclear safety, product integrity, or regulatory obligations.
You will report to the Operations Director and be located at Monfalcone (GO).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Nuclear Safety, Quality, and Compliance in Component Delivery: promote and enforce nuclear safety and quality culture throughout all component delivery activities
- Own End-to-end Component Delivery Governance: ensure alignment between production and fabrication status, special processes (welding, NDE, RT), quality release and documentation readiness, logistics and customer requirements. Maintain a clear and controlled delivery framework from manufacturing completion through final handover
- Manage Delivery Planning, Commitment, and Execution: own delivery commitments toward customers and internal stakeholders. Validate delivery dates based on realistic readiness assessments. Monitor execution against commitments, identify risks early, and initiate mitigation actions. Manage delivery prioritization according to operational objectives and nuclear constraints
- Ensure Component Readiness and Configuration Integrity: check that all components are delivered with correct technical configuration, full traceability and identification, complete quality and inspection documentation, a
