? Full Cycle Account Executive (m/f/d) – B2B SaaS / AI Startup (remote from Milan)
This role can be done remotely from Italy (the startup's office is in Berlin), but you should be based in or very close to Milan to attend very regular industry events / meet clients in person
The company's ICP = Venture Capital, Private Equity, M&A; and Investment banks. Any pre-experience selling to this industry is a big plus

The company is super successful: Already profitable with 7-figure ARR, growing ARR / Revenue by 15% month-on-month and are therefore in a hypergrowth motion
Germany is going very well, now they are launching the Italian market
Your Mission
You will launch the Italian market as a Full Cycle Account Executive (Italy), you will own and scale the sales motion end-to-end from Milan (mix of remote work + in-person client meetings).
This is a highly entrepreneurial,
hands-on role with massive growth potential.
Your Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership in Italy: Lead the entire sales funnel—from proactive prospecting and initial outreach to conducting demos, negotiating, and closing deals.
- GTM Strategy & Optimization: Develop and test scalable sales playbooks, experiment with multi-channel outreach tactics, and refine messaging to optimize conversion rates.
- Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, ensuring an exceptional, value-driven experience throughout the entire customer journey.
Your Profile
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS Sales or a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- Mindset: High degree of ownership and accountability. You thrive in dynamic settings, love to build things from scratch, and prioritize execution over perfection.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking to optimize your sales funnel based on data and field
