Robotics Operations Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on, curious and slightly unconventional person to join our team and help operate autonomous robots in real-world environments.
This is a 20-30 hour/week, on-site role in Rome for someone who loves technology, enjoys solving problems and isn't discouraged when things don't work the first time.
You don't need to be a robotics engineer. We care more about curiosity, resourcefulness, attention to detail and the ability to figure things out.
What you'll do
- Operate and support autonomous robots in real-world environments
- Monitor robot performance and identify issues
- Collect observations and operational data
- Troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions
- Provide clear feedback to robotics and AI engineers
- Help test and improve new robot capabilities

Robotics, engineering, IT, technical operations or STEM experience is a plus, but not required.
