Your role As a Business Manager , you will be at the heart of our Italian development strategy. You will drive business growth, talent acquisition, and operational excellence , acting as a true entrepreneur within the company. Key responsibilities Business Development & Management Build and develop a portfolio of key accounts (large groups, SMEs, and high-tech startups) Manage and grow the existing accounts Identify and qualify new opportunities in the Italian industrial ecosystem Lead commercial negotiations and proposals (staffing, projects, service centers)
