In the Paid Media team, we bring creative ideas to life. We put them in front of the right audience at exactly the right time, transforming them into measurable assets through a data-driven approach that allows us to analyze results and optimize every euro spent. Social media platforms are our main playground, but we also navigate other digital platforms and sometimes traditional media too,
delivering high-impact campaigns for our clients.
We are looking for a Paid Media Executive with at least 2 years of experience and a genuine passion for media, ready to take direct responsibility for a client portfolio and contribute to the strategic development of campaigns. We don't believe in micromanagement; we believe in developing our people within a structured and organized framework, providing the right tools to grow and become a technical point of reference for our clients.
Client Portfolio Management: Direct and progressive responsibility for a set of clients, overseeing performance and ensuring goal achievement.
Operations: Implementation, activation, and daily monitoring of paid campaigns across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn), including budget pacing control and continuous delivery optimization.
