What you’ll be doing

The purpose of your position will be leading and managing the Finance Central Business Partnering and controlling activities, reporting into Finance Director and leading a team of 2 professionals.

You’ll be the owner of Carlsberg Italia's key financial planning and performance management processes, including Actuals, Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs), Budget,



Revised Estimates and the 3-Year Strategic Plan.

Acting as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, the Finance Central Business Partner drives financial insight, strategic decision support, business performance transparency and value creation across the organization.

The role plays a critical part in supporting Carlsberg Italia's growth ambitions by ensuring that business decisions are grounded in robust financial analysis, disciplined investment management and a relentless focus on profitable growth.

Lead Financial Planning, Performance Management & Strategic Planning

Own and lead Carlsberg Italia's core financial planning and performance management processes, including Actuals, Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs), Annual Budget, Revised Estimates and the 3-Year Strategic Plan.

Lead the preparation, consolidation and presentation of Actuals, Budget, Revised Estimates and Strategic Plan submissions
