Purpose of the Job
Infrastructure electrical or electro-mechanical sub-system Testing and Commissioning Management including resources organisation and mobilisation.
In Infra, electrical or electro-mechanical sub-systems could be: Power Supply (POS), Overhead Catenary System (OCS), Aesthetic Power Supply (APS), Static Recharge System (SRS), Depot Equipment (DEQ).

Main Responsibilities
Key accountabilities
Implementation of the necessary organisation to enable the testing and commissioning works achievement in the optimal conditions: performances, costs, quality and health and safety.
The Testing and Commissioning Manager reports directly to the Sub-System Manager and is in charge of making sure that the installed equipment is tested in conformity with the test plan and procedures, in compliance with the contractual obligations, the Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) system, the Time Schedule in place and the allocated
