The Social Hub in Firenze, Italy, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, greet guests warmly, and guide the team during shifts.
You will coordinate with Housekeeping and F&B;, manage bookings and payments, upsell local experiences, and help onboard new colleagues while maintaining a fun, supportive vibe. 1–3 years in hospitality and fluency in English and Italian are required.
