Join us as Customer Success Manager – Mid‐Market to own a growing portfolio of mid‐market Italian clients. You will manage law firms, in‐house legal teams, and companies scaling with Lexroom, and be their main point of reference from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You report into our Customer Success leadership (Stefano Tuvo, area lead) and operate with speed and autonomy across a high‐volume, high‐impact book of business.
What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of mid‐market accounts end to end—from onboarding through ongoing outcomes, renewals, and growth.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client goals and Lexroom solutions stay aligned at every stage.
