Open position: Project Manager – IT & Digital Projects

Location : Rome / Hybrid / Remote
Contract : Permanent (Metalworking National Collective Bargaining Agreement)
Seniority : Senior

Role Description

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Project Manager with experience in IT and digital project management . This role will enable them to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients, and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. This role will be part of a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, working directly with our key technological development lines.

- ️ Main activities

- - ️Planning, execution and control of end-to-end ICT projects

- - ️Management of requirements and relationships with technical and functional stakeholders

- - ️Coordination of internal teams (development, design, QA, data, etc.)

- - ️Monitoring of activity progress, times, costs and quality

- - ️Production of project documentation and reporting to the client

- - ️Support in the pre-sales phases and drafting of technical/offer documentation

Required skills

- - ️At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management roles

- - ️Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall management methodologies

- - ️Excellent command of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello

- - ️Basic technical knowledge in software development or ICT systems

- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

➕ Nice to have

- PMI , Prince2 , Scrum Master , AgilePM Certifications
- - ️Experience in project management for the public administration or the enterprise sector

- - ️Business Analysis or Product Ownership skills

- - ️Knowledge of collaboration and versioning tools (Git, GitLab,



Teams, Miro)

Soft skills

- - ️Excellent organizational and time management skills

- - ️Skills in communication and negotiation with stakeholders at various levels

- - ️Aptitude for leadership and teamwork

- - ️Problem solving, flexibility and initiative
