A few examples of your responsibilities
Own hiring end-to-end. Run the full recruiting loop—from sourcing to final decision—using AI and modern tooling to accelerate the process while applying human judgment where it matters most.
Find exceptional talent. Proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple channels, combining outreach, data, and new technologies to surface the strongest people.
Build high-signal evaluations. Design and run structured assessments—tests, interviews, and other evaluation methods— that produce clear signal and support confident hiring decisions.
Maintain a high talent bar. Assess candidates rigorously to ensure every hire meets the company's standards.
