IFAD is seeking a Director IOE to lead the Independent Office of Evaluation, directing strategic evaluation work and ensuring policy influence across IFAD's programmes. The role oversees PM/ budget, staffing, and delivery of independent evaluations with a focus on credibility and transparency.
The Director will drive partnerships with Member States, UN agencies, and development partners, while advancing innovative evaluation practices and ensuring high-quality outputs for decision makers.
