Mission Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies the IT Back Office System Intern will have opportunity to work within IT Back Office team and together with the related supported Business Functions (mainly Finance and HR), sharpening communication, collaboration and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key accountabilities & learning areas Supporting the IT Back Office CoE, the intern will have opportunity to:
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop innovative solutions for business challenges, in particular about Enterprise Performance Management (EPM);
- Participate in business planning process evolution and related IT programs (Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, COGS, P&L; Planning, what-if analysis and their connection points with Reporting and Variance Analysis);
- Assist in the analysis of digital solutions, with the main focus on SAP solutions (Sap Analytics Cloud, Data Sphere, S/4HANA) and related integration with Microsoft PowerBI and DataBricks;
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions;
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in Finance, HR and other Back Office areas;
