ShippyPro is seeking a Key Account Manager to grow existing enterprise accounts across Italy and Europe. This field role involves meeting customers, building relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to help them scale their logistics operations.
You’ll inherit an existing portfolio, drive measurable outcomes, and work closely with Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Travel and in-person engagement are expected.
