The Deputy Manager Flight Operations role is an exciting opportunity to join CHC HS, who provide world class energy support and Search and Rescue services on behalf of Norwegian Ministry of Justice and a number of high profile private companies.
In this role we are looking for an individual who can demonstrate leadership qualities that contribute towards a collaborative and agile team.
The role reports to the Manager Flight Operations CHC HS and is responsible for supporting the overall management of all Flight Operational activities to meet CHC, customer and regulator requirements maintaining a safe operational environment.
The role will also collaborate with CHC Flight Standard team globally and work to adopt best practice and share development ideas and feedback to enhance global standardisation.
The Deputy Manager, Flight Operations together with the Manager Flight Operations have the responsibility of ensuring that CHC remains in compliance with the applicable requirements whilst maximizing the capabilities of the Flight Operations team. The role also acts as the nominated deputy Post Holder for flight operations in the CHC HS AOC.
