PURPOSE
To support the effective planning, coordination and administration of Group learning activities,
contributing to the continuous development of employees’ skills and competencies and to the enhancement of the organization’s potential through targeted training initiatives, while ensuring smooth execution of training processes, accurate record management and compliance with Group procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the Line Manager in the implementation and administration of the Group training plan, ensuring the effective planning, scheduling and delivery of learning initiatives.
- Contributes to the continuous development of employees’ skills and competencies, supporting the design and delivery of training initiatives that strengthen individual capabilities and enhance the overall potential of the organization.
- Acts as a key point of contact for the Group Learning Management System (LMS), supporting system administration, learning content deployment, reporting, user experience and process optimization.
