About the Role
We are looking for a Content & Merchandising Specialist to execute and optimize the onsite customer experience across our e-commerce stores. In this role, you will manage and optimize product content, merchandising, and key customer journeys, ensuring our digital storefronts are accurate, engaging, and optimized for commercial performance.
Working cross-functionally with E-commerce Merchandising, Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, Product and Art teams, you will ensure consistent, high-quality onsite content while supporting SEO performance, AI discoverability, customer experience and conversion.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our Shopify stores, supporting product launches, campaigns, merchandising execution and continuous site optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the quality, governance and continuous optimization of onsite content across product pages, landing pages, collection pages and key customer journeys, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with established brand standards
- Lead the execution of onsite merchandising and content updates, including product launches, homepage merchandising, collection updates, promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives
- Own the continuous optimization of onsite content from a customer experience, SEO and AI discoverability perspective, using content performance, customer behaviour and search insights to drive engagement, organic visibility and conversion. Lead quality assurance for all onsite content and merch
