We’re hiring | Project Manager – Milan, Italy

Lysander is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Milan.
We are an international Project & Cost Management consultancy supporting leading clients across complex construction and real estate projects, with a strong focus on commercial, industrial, data centre and office fit-out developments.

The role is suited to someone who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors, and managing delivery from design through construction and handover.

What we’re looking for:
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical discipline
• Solid experience in Project Management within construction or real estate
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage programme, cost, risk and project reporting




• Experience working with international clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English
• A proactive, practical and solutions-oriented approach
Experience in industrial projects or corporate fit-outs would be particularly valuable.

The position is based in Milan, with project-related travel where required.
