The Social Hub in Bologna is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our restaurants, bars, or cafés. You’ll set the tone on the floor and in the back office, bring energy, structure, and heart to daily service, and guide a hands-on team of supervisors and hosts toward moments guests remember.
You’ll work closely with F&B; leadership, kitchen teams, and other creatives to keep the concept sharp, manage budgets, costs, and guest experience, and turn feedback into positive outcomes.
