This is an on-site role based in the Data Centers it supports 100% of the time. It also requires travel to other site locations within the cluster on a weekly basis.
The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at level 7 or above, depending on the candidate’s skills, competences and experience.
Key job responsibilities The Data Center Operations Site HR Partner in our Builder Experience Team (BeXT) focuses on the Builder experience. In this role, you will collaborate with Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs,
and partner teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies from talent and performance management, compensation, employee relations and other HR functions across the cluster of Data Centers you support. This role also has a special focus on leveraging Builder listening mechanisms to proactively monitor and analyze Builder sentiment trends, and provide regular sentiment updates and recommended actions to site leadership and HR Business Partners. To thrive, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to manage multiple scenarios utilizing HR expertise, consulting skills, and influence. You will also need to connect sentiment trends and other HR data to the bigger picture goals of the operation, while diving deep into the details, collaborating and consulting across teams.
