Main Responsibilities HR strategy (develop, implement & adapt) - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Ensures a common HR culture is formed among all PCs which also complies with group guide lines
Lead with excellence by embodying the Group's core values and the Division's five pillars,fostering a positive mindset, a high-performance team, and a culture of mutual respect.
HR Budget (create and align with overall budget)
Manages, leads and develops the HR team. Leading HR functions, strategic HR planning, organization design & integration
Org-Charts and Job descriptions (create and align Org Charts, job titles and job descriptions). Managing the work structure by updating job requirement
