As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Bologna Farini team,
you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization .
Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
