As a new intern within our Human Resources Department, you will join the regional office in Milano Certosa to support the central HR Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development team.
Your responsibilities will include
Acquire practical knowledge in the areas of recruitment, employer branding and university relations, including managing the entire process of internship activation - from initiation to coordinating with hiring managers, to the final interview & onboarding
The organization and implementation of all the employer branding activities and events
The strategic projects regarding interns' engagement and development of interns
Collaborate with Talent Management Team on annual processes and programs, including Performance Management, Talent Assessment & Succession Planning, Engagement Survey, and other annual programs
Support the Learning & Development Department in the reporting and data management
Are you:
a Master’s Degree student in HR Management/Business Administration or other related majors, with a passion for HR?
A proficient user of Pack Office?
Detail-oriented, proactive, with a self-driven mindset and the ability to take ownership of your space and responsibilities?
Execution-focused, able to deliver with pace while effectively prioritizing tasks, focusing strongly on high quality, consistency, and accuracy?
